"Avoid ordering parts from this site"
Steer clear of ordering parts from this site. I was in need of some arms for an Inspire 2, and the site claimed that if I ordered within the next 6 hours, it would ship out the same day. That was back on 4/4/2021, and here we are on 4/16/2021 with no shipping updates. The last message I got was that they would need to order the parts?????? Now, I gotta dispute the order with PayPal to get my cash back. This is a really unprofessional crew.

This company is not worth your time. Seriously, steer clear. Hand over the $35 just for them to glance at your drone and then have them send it back with everything you provided. Over my 2.5 months dealing with them, I had a ton of red flags while they took ages to fix something I managed in just 3 hours, including waiting for parts. They act like predators. Excuses were flying left and right, and they were dishonest about the service they claimed to provide. When my $250 part didn’t come back with my drone, the guy simply said, 'Oops, we were in a rush and forgot it.' Now it’s just gone. A 2.5 month rush? Really?
Update Reply: I get what you’re saying in your response. You didn’t return that $250 part, which I could’ve fixed myself for $11. Your email said, 'No worries, I’ve noted to keep your old components on your WO and appreciate your understanding in these matters.'
Yes, I’m voicing my frustration. You didn’t even try to make it right. You just mentioned, 'Unfortunately, it looks like in the rush of trying to get your drone fixed and shipped back to you, we didn’t keep the old parts from your repair.' I had to beg for a measly 10% off the price of the gimbal you claimed was thrown away. You were super reluctant and downright rude, saying I didn’t know anything and that I’m not a DJI certified repair mechanic. This was after I told you I fixed my other drone with a similar damaged ribbon cable for just $10, which is why I wanted my gimbal back. I’m not worried about DJI saying you can only replace the gimbal. I agreed to that. What I didn’t agree to was you tossing my pricey parts. You just dropped the ball.

"Trust Issues with MultiCopter Warehouse"
I won't be buying from them ever again, no matter what my account situation is. Watch out for their return policy. You claim it's faulty, they insist it’s all good at their tiny store. Guess who comes out on top in that debate? Let me save you the hassle and foolishness, just ring up your credit card company right away and ask for a chargeback.
If you're on the hunt for a reliable DJI authorized dealer, check out B&H Camera or Atlanta Hobby... Even Carolina Drones is a better option than MultiCopter Warehouse.

"Decent item, but it has its quirks..."
It's a decent item, but it fits a bit loosely in the socket, which makes it vibrate. The charging cable tends to come out easily, and using the built-in cup holder can be tricky unless you've got a smaller can or bottle.

I purchased a battery for the Mavic 2 Pro Enterprise at $169.00, but I never received my discount code for snagging a second one. The person I spoke to on the phone said I would get it, but it never came through. Plus, I paid for shipping on this order too. I ended up finding the same battery at B&H Photo for the same price, and guess what? They offered free shipping. Crazy, right?

Their repair shop is absolutely the best in the drone repair and adjustment game. They respond quickly to any issues and it’s way more affordable than sending your unit back to DJI.

Without a doubt, this is the top travel case for the Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom. I fly with my Samsung Note 9 using the MavMount, and this case keeps everything organized. I can easily spot all my accessories and feel confident they’re safe. There’s no risk of damage in this case, and I won’t have to stress about water or moisture issues. Sure, it’s a little pricey, but the quality definitely justifies the cost.
